BTC at $200,000? Peter Brandt Releases Epic Bitcoin Price Prediction
Following Bitcoin’s recent notable rise, veteran trader Peter Brandt turned to the X platform to offer your point of view about the future trajectory of Bitcoin’s value. Per Brandt’s analysis, there is a possibility that at the end of the current bull market cycle, which is expected around August or September 2025, the BTC price could reach the $200,000 level. However, the trader warns that a close below the $50,521 threshold could negate this optimistic projection, highlighting the importance of sustained momentum to achieve such ambitious goals. The veracity of such an ambitious prediction is vividly discussed in the crypto community and it remains to be seen if it will become a reality. At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at $60,900, up 7.03% in the last 24 hours, the level last seen in November 2021.
Shiba Inu erases zero as SHIB price rises
Yesterday, the dog-themed meme token SHIB once again broke through the $0.00001 level, much to the delight of Shiba Inu holders. SHIB is currently trading at $0.00001108, up 5.41% in the last 24 hours, according to CoinMarketCap. The rise came as SHIB broke through a crucial resistance level above $0.000009, which served as a break-even threshold for many SHIB holders. As a reminder, Shiba Inu targeted this long-awaited level twice in mid-February, but bullish attempts stopped at highs of $0.00001005 without going much higher. The rise in Shiba Inu price aligns with an overall market rally, with Bitcoin first retaking the $57,000 milestone and then shooting to highs of $60,000.
