What is Rydium (RAY)?

AMM, in essence, is standalone protocol used by decentralized exchanges (DEX). The protocol uses smart contracts provide liquidity to the exchange by allowing traders to pool their funds. These smart contracts are known as liquidity pools.
Raydium provides on-chain liquidity Serum central limit order book, which is a unique feature among AMMs. In other words, Raydium turns deposited funds into limit orders and saves them in the Serum order book. Thus, all order movement and liquidity on Serum is available to Raydium’s liquidity providers (LPs), and vice versa.
