Shibarium-based decentralized exchange Marswap adds a new trading pair for Shiba Inu, LEASH, and BONE ecosystem tokens.
In a recent tweet, Marswap, a Shibarium-based decentralized exchange and DeFi platform, made a “big announcement” to expand its support for Shiba Inu ecosystem tokens.
According to a recent announcement, the leading decentralized exchange added a new trading pair, LEASH/BONE.
“In the last few minutes, we just introduced a new trading pair, LEASH/BONE, boosting our expansion and support of the SHIB ecosystem on SHIBARIUM!” Marswap stated.
Following the announcement, members of the Shiba Inu community can conveniently exchange their LEASH tokens with BONE on the Marswap decentralized exchange. It is worth mentioning that both LEASH and BONE are official tokens of the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
Shiba Inu Marketing Leader Reacts
The announcement sparked a reaction from Lucie, Shiba Inu’s marketing leader. Commenting on the development, Lucie noted that the newly added LEASH/BONE trading pair on Marswap shows the spirit of Shibarium, Shiba Inu’s Layer-2 (L2) blockchain.

Endless Marswap Support for Shiba Inu
The development comes more than a week after Marswap integrated an entry-exit feature that allows its users to buy and sell BONE using traditional payment methods such as bank cards and PayPal.
As previously reported, the Marswap CEO demonstrated the new capability in a livestream by purchasing BONE on the DEX using his credit card while selling the token to fiat.
Since launching earlier this year, Marswap has continued to support the Shiba Inu ecosystem. The DEX was launched on Shibarium and offers numerous features including token swaps, NFTs, gaming, and staking.
The team behind the DEX has also joined hands with the Shiba Inu community to reduce the huge circulating supply of SHIB. Burn SHIB using 2% of each transaction fee earned from the platform.
In August, Marswap had already burned a whopping 4.5 billion SHIB worth $36,360 at the time of writing.
Marswap ranks as the best DEX on Shibarium
Despite launching this year, Marswap is currently ranked as the top decentralized exchange on Shibarium. Marswap accounts for $347,069 of the $676,719 total value locked (TVL) on Shibarium.
According to CoinGecko data, Marswap currently supports four coins and 20 trading pairs, with RYOSHI/WBONE ranked as the most active trading pair with a 24-hour volume of $8,512.
