Many analysts and investors expected that 2025 would become a megacle year for bitcoins and altcoins. Nevertheless, BTC and Altcoins were in the tendency to decrease since the beginning of 2025.
At the moment, although the fears about the tariff wars initiated by the US President Donald Trump are creating pressure on the sale of BTC and cryptocurrencies, only 17 altcoins managed to surpass Bitcoins among 100 tococks on Coinmarketcap.
According to CoinmarketCap, only 17 coins surpassed BTC over the past 90 days, around the beginning of 2025.
Among them, BERA takes the first place in the list with an increase of 494%, followed by DEXE and IP.
BTC, on the other hand, registered negative performance -15% for the same period.
