Why Chainlink CCIP?
Alaska Gold Rush selected Chainlink CCIP due to its unrivaled history of meeting the most stringent security and reliability requirements in the blockchain sector. Chainlink’s CCIP is the only interoperability solution to achieve Level 5 cross-chain security.
It is also supported by the Risk Management Network, an autonomous network that monitors and verifies cross-chain processes for any unusual activity.
The industry’s historical vulnerabilities and billions of dollars in user funds lost due to unstable cross-chain infrastructure make this additional layer of protection necessary.
After reviewing a number of options, Alaska Gold Rush found that Chainlink CCIP offered a number of desirable features and benefits.
“Defense in depth ensures multi-layered protection to ensure the security of cross-chain transactions,” said Alaska Gold Rush CEO Rafal Kochan. He continued:
“Extensibility and future-proofing ensure that the system can adapt to future technological advances, scalable architecture allows the system to cope with growing workloads and demands, and seamless integration ensures smooth and efficient integration with our existing systems.”
Alaska Gold Rush intends to further implement Chainlink CCIP in the future to enable secure cross-chain transfers within the on-chain NFT marketplace. This calculated move will increase the platform’s security and reliability and open the door for more people to use its services.
“We are excited to integrate the industry standard Chainlink CCIP to enable secure cross-chain transfer of our CARAT gaming token,” said Rafal Kochan.
Chainlink’s unrivaled security and performance are critical to our ability to grow within the multi-chain ecosystem and accelerate the adoption of Web3 games.”
