Shiba Inu: Major Crypto Exchange Expands Support for BONE

Shiba Inu governance token and Shibarium gas token BONE ShibaSwap (BONE) will gain greater exposure as a major crypto exchange expands its support.

OKX Africa, a subsidiary of Seychelles-based centralized cryptocurrency exchange OKX, has added BONE to its On-chain Earn. Lucymember of the Shiba Inu team, draws attention to this positive development in X.

OKX On-chain Earn allows users to participate in on-chain earning opportunities. There are two ways users can receive incentives for their participation: proof-of-stake (PoS) and DeFi protocols.

Proof-of-stake (PoS) staking yield is derived from block rewards and transaction fees paid by users participating in the blockchain network validation process.

In DeFi protocols, users earn incentives for staking or providing liquidity to lending pools or decentralized exchanges.

BONE serves as a Shibarium gas token and has lately appeared on new exchange listings. EarnBIT, a new crypto exchange, announced the listing of BONE in January. Meanwhile, Shibarium continues to increase in measurements and has surpassed 332 million in total transactions, while the total blocks are approaching the 3 million mark.

At the time of writing, BONE was up slightly by 0.35% in the last 24 hours to $0.547.

Shiba Inu owners urged to be careful

SHIB, BONE, LEASH holders and participants in the Shiba Inu and Shibarium ecosystems are urged to be careful as more fake accounts trying to take advantage of unsuspecting users are rising.

As Shiba Inu grows in popularity, scammers or bad actors have apparently upped their game, even going so far as to clone legitimate Shiba Inu accounts to trick unsuspecting users.
