Robinhood CEO Launches Harmonic Mathematics AI Lab
Vlad Tenev, CEO of the popular trading platform Robinhood, announces the birth of Harmony, an artificial intelligence trading research laboratory. The initiative will focus on building mathematical superintelligence (MSI), Tenev shared on his X (formerly Twitter) account.

In this case, Mathematical Superintelligence should be considered an artificial intelligence with mathematical reasoning capabilities superior to those of all humans.
Although modern large language models are capable of producing language that sounds and feels human, they demonstrate much poorer performance when it comes to mathematical operations.

Robinhood made headlines with its acquisition of Bitstamp
Tenev introduced Standford AI veteran and Helm.ai CTO Tudor Achim as CEO of the new venture. Robinhood’s CEO will serve as executive chairman.
The new project will be operated separately from Robinhood and Tenev’s location will be non-operational, a statement said.
As previously explained by U.Today, Robinhood has decided to purchase cryptocurrency giant Bitstamp for $200 million.
With this acquisition finalized, Robinhood will leverage Bitstamp’s collection of active licenses and registrations around the world.
