Top XRP Ledger wallet Xumm has revealed interesting news for XRP users. In a tweet, Xumm lets it be known that it has partnered with Uphold to offer 0% transaction fees for the Topper onramp for the next 48 hours (PST).
Explaining more, Hmm says that in collaboration with Uphold, it is organizing a 0% transaction fee event for Topper transactions on Xumm, which would take place on October 30-31, PST time zone, allowing users to enjoy XRP free of charge through Topper during this period.
In June, Xumm added Topper by Uphold, and the addition allows for the purchase of digital assets using credit or debit cards, bringing greater versatility to the Xumm ecosystem.
For example, US and Canadian Xumm users can purchase XRP in their native currency thanks to the Topper integration.
In related developments, Xumm issued an urgent alert to its Samsung users, particularly Samsung Galaxy S21 users, last week.
The Samsung OS update released on October 12 corrupted Xumm Wallet’s secure data store, resulting in Xumm not opening again after the update was performed.
In a tweet, Xumm assures Samsung users that the issue has been resolved.
“All good again for Xumm + Samsung users: Samsung released an update to fix its previous buggy update that blocked Xumm and other apps,” Wietse Wind, an XRPL developer, tweeted about the development.
Xumm support claimed that Samsung released an update that appears to resolve the issue. It requests that if users are still experiencing the issue, they update their device or contact Xumm support if that doesn’t resolve the issue.
