The companies FTX and Alameda transferred $10.8 million in cryptocurrencies to the Wintermute, Binance and Coinbase exchanges.
According to Spot On Chain, the companies, now under receivership, transferred $10.8 million in eight cryptoassets: 10 million StepN (GMT) ($2.58 million), 407,000 Uniswap (UNI) ($2.41 million USD), 2.23 million Synapse (SYN) ($2.25). million), 8.76 million from Fantom (FTM) ($1.18 million), 77.77 billion from Shiba Inu (SHIB) ($644,000), as well as small amounts from Arbitrum (ARB) and Optimism (OP ).
In total, since October 2023, FTX and Alameda have transferred 59 tokens worth $551 million.
In November 2023, addresses affiliated with the collapsed FTX and Alameda transferred $24 million in crypto assets to crypto exchanges Kraken and OKX.
On September 13, a US court approved a plan to sell FTX’s digital assets to settle creditor claims. According to the resolution, the exchange must liquidate no more than $100 million worth of tokens per week for each position. However, with the approval of a special committee, the limit can be increased to $200 million, either on a one-time or ongoing basis.
